Japan country-specific exchange traded funds have rallied in September, with Japanese markets posting their fourth consecutive weekly gain. The iShares MSCI Japan ETF (NYSEArca: EWJ) , the largest Japan-related ETF, increased 8.5% over the past month; EWJ is now up 10.3% year-to-date.
