These Terms govern your use of the Job Application Value-Added Service (JAVAS).


1. Introduction

JAVAS is a digital advisory service designed to improve job application materials and interview readiness.
By purchasing or using any JAVAS service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
The service is available worldwide and currently delivered in English only.

2. Service Overview

JAVAS provides personalised job-application support, including job-fit analysis, resume optimisation, mock interview preparation, and interview tactics documentation. The service is advisory in nature and does not guarantee interview invitations, job offers, or employment outcomes.

3. Service Availability

  • The service is available worldwide.
  • All documents must be submitted in English.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during the process.

4. Service Scope

JAVAS includes review, optimisation, analysis, and preparation activities related to job applications.
The service does not include career counselling, job search placement, guarantee of employment,
or personalised coaching outside the defined service cycle.

5. Pricing and Payment

The JAVAS pricing framework consists of three stages:

  • Free Trial Package — One complete application cycle at no cost.
  • Standard Package — Paid service for the next five application cycles.
  • Loyal Customer Package — Discounted rate after completing five Standard services.

Pricing is subject to change. Launch pricing is promotional and may end without notice.

5.1 Pricing Cycle Reset Policy (24-Month Inactivity Rule)

If a customer has no paid or free service activity with JAVAS for a continuous period of
24 months, the pricing cycle automatically resets.

After a reset, the customer becomes eligible again for:

  • One Free Trial service
  • Standard Package pricing for the next five services
  • Loyal Customer pricing thereafter

This policy ensures fair access to introductory pricing and prevents indefinite use
of Loyal Customer rates without regular service engagement.

6. Documents Required

You must provide:

  • Your current resume (English only).
  • The job advertisement for the position you intend to apply for.

Incomplete or unclear documents may result in delays or require resubmission.

7. Turnaround Time

The standard delivery timeframe is 48–72 hours from the time complete documents are received.
Additional time may be required during high-volume periods or when clarification is needed.

8. Revisions

You may request reasonable adjustments if deliverables require clarification or refinement. Major revisions, new job advertisements, or substantial changes to submitted materials will be treated as a new service request.

9. No Guarantee of Outcome

JAVAS does not guarantee any specific results, including shortlisting, interview invitations,
employment outcomes, or competitive advantage. Job application outcomes depend on factors
outside the control of JAVAS.

10. User Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information.
  • You must submit documents in the required format and within the requested timeframe.
  • You are responsible for reviewing deliverables before submitting them to employers.

11. Fair Usage Policy

Only one Free Trial service is permitted per unique customer.
Attempts to obtain multiple Free Trial services through multiple accounts, false identities,
or manipulated information are prohibited and may result in service termination.

12. Privacy and Data Handling

Your documents and information are handled confidentially and used solely for delivering the JAVAS service.
Your data will not be shared with third parties unless legally required or explicitly authorised by you.

13. Service Rights

JAVAS reserves the right to:

  • Decline documents that do not meet clarity or quality requirements.
  • Request additional information when needed for service accuracy.
  • Modify delivery timelines during peak volume or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Terminate service in cases of abusive behaviour or violation of these Terms.

14. Refund Policy

Due to the personalised and digital nature of the service, no refunds are provided
once work has commenced on your application cycle.
Please review your documents carefully before submission.

15. Intellectual Property

All tactics sheets, interview notes, resumes, and other deliverables created by JAVAS
remain the intellectual property of JAVAS until delivered to you.
After delivery, you are granted a non-exclusive licence for personal use only.
Commercial redistribution or publication is not permitted.

16. Disclaimer

This service offers guidance and preparation support only. JAVAS is not responsible for hiring decisions, employer actions, job-market conditions, or the accuracy of third-party job advertisements.

17. Updates to These Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Updates take effect immediately upon publication
on this website. Continued use of JAVAS indicates acceptance of the most recent Terms.
