OKI （沖電気工業）と 日本サブウェイ （サブウェイ）は8月2日、OKIの「AIを用いた感情推定技術」（感情AI技術）を活用した「提案型注文システム」の実証実験を開始したと発表した。場所はサブウェイ渋谷桜丘店。検証期間は2021年8月6日まで。同実証実験では、注文客の興味・関心が高そうな「オススメ」メニューを提案して注文時の迷いを軽減する機能の有効性と、店舗における接客業務の効率化、さらにウィズコロナ時代に求められる非対面・非接触操作による注文の有用性を検証する。
